About Us
At Key Partners, we believe there is no replacement for
aligned, committed people. People make an organization work, we believe that
companies can have the best strategies, the latest technology; however, without
people aligned and working together your won't achieve desired results. Everyday
we work with people to help them succeed together.
We exist to help people in organizations create the
capabilities they need to be successful. Our expertise is helping clients build
and transform their organizations, live up to their potential, and manage change
in a way that acknowledges the speed, flexibility, and innovation required.
We help our clients to develop a deeper awareness of what is going on in the
environment, develop a picture of what is needed, and jointly identify actions
that will produce desired change. We partner with organizational leaders to
create environments that achieve superior performance and build the capacity to mobilize
energy, creativity, and commitment of
the whole system. Organizational change, transition, and transformation are the
outcomes of such a process.
We provide one stop access for a range of management
consulting services, we have a talented staff and a large international
affiliate network with a range of perspectives to provide clients with a full
range of change management and development services.
Core to the way we work are certain basic tenants :
 |
Improving
the quality of thinking and interacting. How you frame and how
you are with each other fosters or limits what is possible. |
 |
Developing
commitment in your people. Building systems support and
alignment is key to mobilizing energy and commitment to the desired
future. Unless you have peoples commitment, hoped for results are
seldom attained. |
 |
Addressing inner and outer shifts.
In any change effort, the prevailing assumption is that the system we are trying to change is
"out there", so we as change agents and leaders are trying to "fix
it". The system "out there" and the system "in
us" are inextricably tied together.
Inner shifts in peoples thinking, aspirations, values and behaviors must
accompany the outer
shifts in processes, strategies, technology and structure. |
 |
Integrating
learning with performance. We offer innovative real time live learning approaches to support
the wide range of capability development needs while working on business issues. |
Our strength is our ability to form strategic business relationships.
We work to understand our client's industry, culture and objectives and
collaborate to develop integrated approaches to aligning people to
strategy.
